Sound healing around the world

Musical instruments around the world embark on a journey of sound healing with the power of sound. The magical and profound sounds emanating from the various tools shape transcendental experiences and create sacred spaces to relax and rejuvenate.

Every experience is different because there is always something new to discover within you: mind, body, spirit.

Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls

Tibetan bowls are often considered one of the world's oldest musical instruments, with roots dating back centuries. Used as a meditation tool by Tibetan monks, they used the rhythmic sounds from the bowl to get in tune with nature and experience peace by chanting it.

Tibetan singing bowls produce a wide range of sounds, from low notes and subtle overtones to mellow high overtones. They are tuned to the resonance of earth and water, and by sliding a mallet over the edge of the singing bowl. It is designed to create healing vibrations.

African Drums

Drums have long been considered a medicine whose origin can be traced back to Africa. Found by the natives of Africa, drums were created with life and purpose, and were played to evoke protection and good luck, and to keep the peace.

African Taiko is a community experience where different types of drums are played simultaneously. Individual drummers play rhythms within their ability to create complex patterns that groove together. Percussionists also sing while drumming, often creating call-and-response chants to worship and tune into the vibrations of the universe.

The rhythm of the drum is known to connect us to the deepest levels of our consciousness and place us in a deep trance where we can receive messages and healing frequencies. Vibrations are also said to help us reconnect with our emotions and feel more balanced.

Gong Bath

Gong Bath is a sacred and transformative experience that helps you feel closer to yourself. In the gong bath, the sound and vibration of gongs raises your vibration and releases blockages in the body, mind and emotions. The sonic power of the drum helps bring more peace and tranquility into your life by resonating with nature's healing frequencies. A type of musical instrument that produces sound waves that produce vibrations that can be felt throughout the body. The effects of gong meditation on the mind, body, and spirit are profound and far-reaching.

The main benefit of gong meditation is its ability to connect with one's mind and help one find peace within oneself. Powerful sounds work to the deepest parts of your mind and soul to help you experience true inner peace and happiness and reduce stress, anxiety and pain.

Tuning Fork

Tuning forks are based on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of vibrations. Sound healing is possible because the human body is not stiff. Our bodies are rhythmic and harmonious. Discomfort can indicate that we are offended or that the body's vibrational frequencies are out of rhythm. Tuning forks support the immune system and can stimulate the body to heal itself.

Our body is made up of water, and water is a good sound resonator, so the body is an excellent resonator for sound. Sounds resonate four times faster in water. These vibrating sounds travel throughout the body, releasing energy blocks, relieving congestion and pain, and increasing the flow of chi.

Though evidence may be limited on some methods, music therapy has been found to be effective for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to offer many health benefits.
